Each Cozy Crew item is made especially for you at the time of purchase, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crew.com
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you, or refunded if a replacement is not possible.
Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges (for example, swapping one size or color for another). All items are made to order and cannot be exchanged.
