2. Our Products

  • All Cozy Crew items are made to order. Product images and descriptions are provided to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen and production variations.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, you agree that all information provided (including payment, billing, and shipping details) is accurate and complete.

  • Payments are securely processed at checkout.

  • Orders are fulfilled upon successful payment authorization.

  • Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or changed, as each item is made to order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
    Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and order size. Estimated times are provided during checkout but may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Each Cozy Crew item is made especially for you at the time of purchase, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crew.com
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

 

Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you, or refunded if a replacement is not possible.

 

Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges (for example, swapping one size or color for another). All items are made to order and cannot be exchanged.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Cozy Crew is not liable for any delays or charges caused by customs.

7. Intellectual Property
