Each Cozy Crew item is made especially for you at the time of purchase.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We do not offer product exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged for different sizes, colors, or styles.
Please double-check our sizing chart before completing your purchase.
💛 Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crew.com and include:

Once approved, we will send a free replacement or process a refund if a replacement is not possible.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work to resolve the issue and send a replacement when eligible.
🔄 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after confirmation.
📬 Returns
Most Cozy Crew items are made to order, so returns must be approved before being sent back.
If a return is required for a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for where to send it.
Unapproved returns or returning items without contacting us first may result in delays or forfeiture of the return.
