📦 Order Processing

Each Cozy Crew order is made especially for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item(s) to be carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

  • Rates: $11.99-$16.99, depending on order size

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on location

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

🌍 Rest of the World

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on location

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility

💌 Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

🐶 Returns & Exchanges

Each Cozy Crew item is made especially for you at the time of purchase, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crew.com

Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

 

Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you, or refunded if a replacement is not possible.

 

Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges (for example, swapping one size or color for another). All items are made to order and cannot be exchanged.
